A custom wheel earns trust before it earns looks. Every Savini goes through the same gate: simulate, forge, machine, test, then it ships with its serial number and a structural warranty for life.

Every center starts as a forged blank of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, forged, not cast, so the grain structure follows the load paths. Denser, stronger and lighter than any cast equivalent at the same size.
02 · SIMULATION
Every design is finite-element analyzed against the actual corner weights and load rating of the car it's drawn for, cornering, impact and fatigue cases, before the program is released to the machines. The spoke you see is the spoke the math approved.
03 · TESTING
Designs are load-tested to JWL and VIA standards, rotary bending, radial fatigue and impact. The same standards OEMs certify against, applied to wheels that will carry two-and-a-half-ton SUVs on 26-inch faces.
04 · FITMENT
No adapters, no wobble bolts, no "close enough." Bolt pattern, center bore, offset and brake clearance are machined for the exact car on the build sheet, measured against the real caliper, not a lookup table.
05 · THE BACKSTOP
Every serialized set is backed for life on structure. If we didn't trust the math, the metal and the testing, we couldn't write that sentence.
