The DUB Show Tour is always a highly anticipated event in Los Angeles and this year’s big event was held on March 1st at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The tour stop featured hundreds of customized vehicles from local car clubs, as well as luxury, exotic, off-road and more from various shops across Southern California. Car culture enthusiasts, along with those who just love the lifestyle and wanted to spend a day filled with nice cars and good tunes, packed every inch of the Convention Center, snapping photos of their favorite rides and customs. Of course, Savini Wheels had to represent, so we brought out a huge display showcasing our latest wheel models, including our Black di Forza, Savini Forged and Savini Diamond collections, as well as numerous exclusive vehicles, beautiful models and great tunes!
The Project Ronin Rocket Bunny Mercedes-Benz CLK stood out with its bright blue exterior, while WALD International showcased a wild Nissan GT-R with G-Drive Suspension and a mild Black Bison Mercedes-Benz S550 featuring the all new BM13 in a Machined/Black finish.
A crowd favorite was the Prior-Design Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray that featured the all new RK Sport hood, Rotora big brake kit and a set of our Savini Forged SV58 wheels, as well as Antidote Performance’s Polaris Slingshot on our BM12’s that makes anyone want to take it out for a spin. RK Sport also brought out a silver Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray that was ready to race for pink slips!
Dinmann came through in their BMW M3 sporting our BM10 in a Brushed Red finish and Larte Designs brought out their Infiniti QX80 riding on our SV56 wheels in a Brushed Bronze finish. Pro Skateboarder Theotis Beasly stays in stealth mode with his Bentley Continental GT on BM12’s in a Matte Black finish, while the PSM Ferrari 458 Italia turned heads with our SV62 wheels in a Brushed Red finish. But the talk of our booth had to be Car Ninja’s Ferrari 458 Italia holding down the throne with a set of our BM12’s in a Brushed Gold finish like a true king.
To complement all of our wheels were a few beautiful models, including Cynthia Camacho (@cynthiacamacho_), Tawnie Jaclyn (@tawniejaclyn), Berlin (@berlin92) and Evelyn (@ilyevey). The soundtrack for our booth was brought to you by Scratch DJ Academy providing fans with a quick lesson in turntablism.
Well known graffiti artist Risk and Skid dropped by the Savini booth to check out the Ferrari 458 Italia and the Freqnt Flyr x MSTR track bike.
